2Heal is developed to aid user to find out about their mental and emotional state and recommend solutions based on their personality.

The modules for the tool include:

Identification of Personality Trait Module

The tool identifies the user emotional state of depression, anxiety and stress and their personality traits and recommends solution in the form of activities or lifestyle to the user. The personality used is Self-Mode Scale (SMS) (Muhamad, 2020).

It covers depression, anxiety, stress, risk factors and coping mechanism. The target users for the tool are teenagers and young adults, as they tend to prefer finding solutions or information to their problems online.

With 2Heal, user able to understand their emotional state better and follow the recommendation that cater to their own personality, minimizing the risk of the user feel demotivate or lose interest with the recommendation provided.

This project involved the youths from various organizations included the JKM institutions around Klang Valley such as Taman Seri Puteri, Sekolah Tunas Bakti, Kompleks Penyayang Kanak-Kanak and Pusat Perkembangan Kemahiran Kebangsaan, the Institutions under the Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia such as Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara and Public University students.
